Emphasis on the initial snatch

Bench Press (5×5)

Warm up to ~80% and perform all sets at the same weight.

Weighted Ring Dips (5×3)

Type the details of the weightlifting
If you have 10 strict ring dips, add weight and follow the rep scheme. Building OK. If not, do 3 sets of maximum dips.
