Done CrossFit Before?
Below are 2 ways to get going again.

  1. JUMP INTO NORMAL CLASSES. You can select the “Sign Up” button below under FREE Trail and select any class time you’d like to come try for free. Then just show up.
  2. DO ON-RAMP. This will give you a refresher on movements and also get you some workouts to ramp you back up to doing the normal WOD’s again. You can select the “Sign Up” button below under FREE Trail and select an On-Ramp class time you’d like to come try for free. Show up and try it out then look to do the full On-Ramp program of 4 more classes.

New to CrossFit?
Here is how to get started.

  • Come to an On-Ramp (beginner) class at 6pm Monday-Friday. Feel free to spectate or participate. Just click the “Sign Up” button below in the FREE Trial section.
  • First class is FREE! (All you need is workout attire)
  • Complete 4 more On-Ramp classes or 1-on-1 Basic Movement sessions.
  • You’re ready to pick a membership and get crazy fit!

Don’t worry, there’s no long term commitment so give it a shot. We’re pretty sure you’ll love it.

FREE / 1st class
  • ✔ Each class is 1 hour
  • ✔ If you have never done CrossFit please select an On Ramp (beginners) class at 6pm Mon-Friday.
  • ✔ If you have done CrossFit feel free to select any class time.
  • ✔ When you click ``Sign Up`` you will select a class time then fill out account info and sign the waiver. Having this done saves a lot of time when you walk into your first class.
On-Ramp

  • Have Not Done CrossFit OR Need a Refresher
  • ✔ 4 separate classes
  • ✔ Each class is 1 hour
  • ✔ Classes at 6pm Monday-Friday
  • ✔ Each class will focus on ether Squats
  • Shoulder To Overhead
  • Lifts
  • Random Movements
  • and Advanced Lifts
  • ✔ Meet other new members
  • ✔ You can enter into the On Ramp cycle at anytime. Most people take 2 weeks to accomplish all of the On-Ramp classes. The idea is that you get all “5 days (1 Free & 4 On-Ramp)” in before you enter General CrossFit classes. This can take you one

  • three or four weeks. You can also repeat the beginner program as many times as you'd like. We want you to feel comfortable before entering into our general CrossFit classes. In our General CrossFit Classes technique and movement review is done daily of the movements you learn in the On Ramp program.
