Most people take 2 weeks to accomplish all of the On-Ramp days. The idea is that you get all “5 days” in before you enter General CrossFit classes. This can take you one week, two, or you can repeat the beginner program as many times as you like. We want you to feel comfortable before entering into our general CrossFit classes.
