New to CrossFit?
Here is how to get started.
- Come to an On-Ramp (beginner) class at 6pm Monday-Friday. Feel free to spectate or participate. Just click the “Sign Up” button below in the FREE Trial section.
- First class is FREE! (All you need is workout attire)
- Complete 4 more On-Ramp classes or 1-on-1 Basic Movement sessions.
- You’re ready to pick a membership and get crazy fit!
Don’t worry, there’s no long term commitment so give it a shot. We’re pretty sure you’ll love it.
