    – 1 Clean & Jerk (stick with the same weight the full time.)

    This wod is scored by the total weight lifted. You pick your weight and you only get 1 attempt at each lift. If you don’t complete the lift you must do the double unders again in order to attempt the lift again. Add up all your completed lifts at the end of the wod for your total weight lifted.
