    Minute #1 – 2 Chest To Bar Push Ups
    Minute #2 – 4 Push Ups
    Minute #3 – 6 Push Ups
    Minute #4 – 8 Push Ups
    Minute #5 – 10 Push Ups

    Continue going up by 2 reps each minute until you fail to complete the reps.
