Chrio Craig is going to be here on Thursday from 4pm to 6pm. Not a bad idea to take a 20min session to get fixed up.
We are going to have a seminar at XS CrossFit this Sunday (6/14) from 9:30am to 10:30am. Chrio Craig is going to go over good squat position, hip mobility and injury prevention. We will also have a foot and ankle doctor coming in to talk about injury prevention and answer any questions. Everything is free and I strongly encourage you to come check it out! I’ll put a signup on the whiteboard so we can get an idea of how many people are coming.
