    1) Why Did I Sign Up?
    I have been in crossfit for over 3 years and have participated in the Open during that time. Its a great event to rally behind and find out how fit you really are.

    I need motivation and goals. Without them I just eat pizza all day.
    And you can get a sweet t-shirt.

    2) What do I hope to get out of The Open?
    I hope to regain a discipline of staying fit and healthy no matter what. Crossfit gives me the structure to reach goals I never thought were attainable.

    3) What are you excited about for The Open?
    To see new athletes push themselves and discover that they can go farther than they ever thought possible. And for Rampage.

    4) Anything else you’d like to say?
    Thank you to all the trainers and athletes that make this sport fun. Couldn’t think of a better group of people to endure the pain and glory with.

    This Up Coming Weekend

    We have 2 amazing athletes in the Tough Love competition in Boulder this weekend. Ken and Sarah are a masters team and they are going to kill it! The event is at CrossFit Sanitas on Saturday from 8am to 4pm.
