– 3min AMRAP OF:
– 8 Bar Facing Burpees
– 24 Double Unders
– 8 Hang Power Clean 115/75#
Keep a running total of your rounds. If at the end of the first 3 minutes you are at 18 Double Unders start the next 3min AMRAP on the 19 Double Under.
