    – 1:30pm
    – 7:30pm

    Limited Schedule Friday, January 1st

    – 10am WOD
    – 11am Open Gym
    – 1:30pm
    – 3:30pm
    – 4:30pm
    – 5:30pm
    – 6:30pm
    – 6:30pm On-Ramp
    – 7:30pm

    Normal Schedule on Saturday, January 2nd.

    Air Force

    – 20 Thrusters 95/65#
    – 20 SDHP
    – 20 Push Jerk (shoulder to overhead)
    – 20 Overhead Squats
    – 20 Front Squats
    EMOM 4 Burpees (The WOD doesn’t start with Burpees. The Burpees start on 1:00)

    If you’re not done by 11:00 no more Burpees and just finish the movements.
