    We are going to try out child care this week. This is a test so please use this service if it interests you at all. The price is $5 per kid and we will do a discount for a 10x card if things take off. Child care will be at these times.
    – 9:30am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
    – 4:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday.

    December’s Challenge is going to be on You. We’ve done 11 months of telling you what the challenge is. Now you get to pick a movement that you need to work on and get 350 reps of that movement.
