-15 Toes-2-Bar
-10 Handstand Push-ups
-1 Rope Climb (15′)
RX+: leg less rope climbs to 15′. Legs can and should be used for the descent.
No “scaling” of the leg less rope climb by climbing lower. Either climb to 15′ leg less or do regular rope climbs.
