    Class schedule change starting September 6th (after Labor Day.)
    CrossFit evening classes will be:
    2:15pm
    3:30pm,
    4:30pm
    5:30pm
    6:30pm (also 6:30pm On-Ramp Classes)

    Barbell Classes
    5:30pm (Tuesday’s & Thursday’s)

    Teens Classes
    4:30pm (Monday’s, Wednesday’s, & Friday’s)

    Kids CrossFit Classes
    5:30pm (Monday’s & Wednesday’s for 4 weeks)

    Warm-up

    Burgener clean warm up for 5 minutes,

    then

    2 Rounds

    5 barbell jump squats

    10 good mornings

    5 barbell strict press

    Muscle Clean (6 x 2 Build to a heavy)

    Behind the Neck Push Press (6 x 3 @ 70% of snatch)

    Snatch grip

    Overhead Squat

    Work to a heavy single for the day, not an attempt at a 1RM. Then do 4 sets of 2 at 85% of your heavy single.
