We had an amazing Veterans Day crew!
We will be doing a competition starting Sunday, November 15th and going to December 15th. This is a complete all around competition. You will get points on your profile on this website for filling out how you did each day on Sleep, Diet, Workout, WOD Tracking and Water intake. You will also be able to get points for other things like visiting the website each day, setting goals, doing a body fat test and a few other ways. I will have prizes for the top finishers. I’ve been working hard to get everything setup on the site to do this. We are testing everything right now but I will be posting a link to this Winter Challenge tomorrow.
