    Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes: 5 Pull-ups
    10 Push-ups
    15 Squats
    Prepare for Murph!

    Scale reps as needed to get through at least 20 rounds

    For example:

    -3 pull-ups

    -7 push-ups

    -11 squats

    -1 pull-up

    -3 push-ups

    -5 squats
