    Great work so far on the Isolate Series everyone. Today is test day to see how far you’ve come. Thank you for your diligence and perseverence through these tough Thursdays! We will be heading into another strength series so get excited. Working on what? Yesterday’s 1RM Back Squat was a hint. 🙂

    Isolate Series

    1 Round Not For Time
    – Work down to a pistol starting on a 18″ box, 12″, 6″, 3″, Pistol on ground
    – 30 Overhead walking lunges 45/35#
    – 12 each leg SLDL w/ barbell (35/25#)
    – Work to a max DB Shoulder Press (can only move up 5# at a time)

    40sec of work & 20sec Rest

    – 21 KB Snatch Right Arm 53/35#
    – 21 KB Snatch Left Arm 53/35#
    – 21 Double Unders
    – 21 Lunges
    – 5 Wall Climbs
    – 21 Lunges
    – 21 Double Unders
    – 21 KB Snatch Left Arm 53/35#
    – 21 KB Snatch Right Arm 53/35#

    15min cut off so make sure to keep moving.
