    Normal Schedule on Friday, January 2nd.

    We are starting a Burpee challenge for the month of January. The goal is to hit 750 total burpees. Write your name on the whiteboard by the door and write your burpee count for each day. These can be done at home, in the gym during warmup or a wod. So the goal is 750. Good luck!
