    400 DU (If your max DU is 75-100+)

    300 DU (If your max DU is 50-75)

    200 DU (If your max DU is 25-50)
    – 5 Ring Dips EMOM (Starts with 5 Ring Dips)

    100 DU (If your max DU is 5-25)

    500 Singles (If you cant do DU)
