    Wall-ball Shots (Reps), 20#
    Sumo deadlift high-pull (Reps), 75#
    Box Jumps, 20″ (Reps)
    Push-press (Reps), 75#
    Row (Calories)
    1-minute rest
    Female weights are 14# med. ball and 55# for barbells

    3 Rounds of 1min at each movement for max reps.

    (Wall-Ball Shot is a normal Wall Ball)
