    20 Back Squats at 5 or 10 pounds more then last week. If you didn’tdo it last week then go for 20 reps at 60 to 65% of 1RM Back Squat.

    4 Rounds Of:
    – 1min Wall Ball
    – 1min Rope Climb NO JUMPING (9’=1, 11’=2, 13’=3, 15’=4, 20’=6)
    – 1min Row For Cal
    Rest 1min between Rounds
