    12min AMRAP Of:
    Partner #1 – Run 100m w/plate 45/35#
    Partner #2 – AMRAP 5 Burpees, 1 Rope Climb 15′
    (Every time one partner gets back from the run you switch and pick up were the other partner left off on the AMRAP.)
