    Have you wondered why you’re sore from workouts and it doesn’t seem like other people are as sore as you. A good place to start is taking a recovery drink after working out. I truly believe is Progenex and I personally take it everyday. It helps me get everything I can out of every workout. If you have any questions about it please ask me or a coach. It’s definitely not just for the competitive CrossFiter but also for the everyday CrossFitter too.

    – Rope Climb 15′

    3min AMRAP Of:
    – Tire Flip Sprint (Men tires #1, Women tires #2, Mod tires #3)
    Two Tires start two feet apart and on “GO” you alternate flipping each tire away from each other. Each flip counts as a rep and the tires keep getting farther apart.
