    – Squat Clean
    – Push Press
    – Back Squat
    – Push Press

    No resting on the ground. There are many different methods to do this so these are the key points you must hit:
    1. touch ground
    2. bottom of Front Squat
    3. lockout out overhead
    4. Back Squat
    5. lockout overhead.
