by Alex EtzenGreat job everyone who came out to compete at the Mayhem in the Mountains competition in Estes Park Saturday. It was a lot of athletes’ first CrossFit competition and we represented XS CrossFit with pride! Alex won the entire competition in the men’s side and everyone hit PRs and had awesome performances on the WODs. Thank you to everyone who came along to cheer us on!! If you are interested in competing in future competitions just let a coach know, we’d be glad to talk to you about it.
