    We will be running the Open WOD for anyone who wants to do it again or for the first time on Sunday at 5pm. Of course you can always do it at Open Gym Sunday or let Alex know if you need to do it on Monday.

    Don’t forget about Yoga on Sunday morning at 8:15am!

    A team workout will be made up on the spot by Sarah. Come get a great free workout at 10am. Drag a friend along!
