by Alex EtzenJeff, Sam & Alex are all competing at a CrossFit competition at Alpine CrossFit in Wheat Ridge. Friday night went well! Sam crushed wod #2 and got 3rd place beating Alex by one second. Jeff, after not feeling well about the weights in warm up, was an animal with his overhead squats making 95# look like a PVC. XS CrossFit is proud to have these guys showing what we’re all about. Here are the heat times for tomorrow if you would like to come watch.
Sam – 9:00am
Jeff – 10:10am
Alex – 10:45am
Sam – 12:10pm

Jeff – 1:45pm
Finals start at 3:30pm
