    Minute  #2 – Perform 2 runs at 30’ (down and back)

    Minute  #3 – Perform 3 runs at 30’ (down, back and down)

    Minute  #4 – Perform 4 runs at 30’ (down, back, down and back)

    Continue until you cant complete the number of runs in 1 minute
