Great work today everyone! I like seeing so many people here on a Monday.

Thomas came to me 6 weeks ago and said he is at a point where in order to be better at CrossFit he needs to put on strength. We put together a strength building program that he has been working on all last month. Most of you have probably seen him in the gym lifting heavy and still hitting the WOD after. His maxes have gone up a total of 180# in the 6 different lifts we were working. That’s a 30# average increase in every lift! I’m not trying to say just doing strength work will make you better at CrossFit. The point I’m trying to make is if you have been doing CrossFit for awhile now and feel you need to focus on a weakness to get better then please come see me. Even if you’re not sure what your weakness is, I’ll help you figure it out. If strength happens to be something you would like to work then a group of members come in at 5pm on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays every week to follow our strength program. You’re more then welcome to join them.
