    For Time:
    – 1000m Row
    – 6min AMRAP Of Double Unders
    – 1000m Row

    As soon as you’re done with your 1000m row your 6min of DU starts. As soon as your 6min is over you start your 2nd 1000m Row. You have two scores one for total time and one for total DU completed.

    This is a great workout to do DU if you’re kinda getting them. If you can’t do DU then do singles.
