    20 KB Swings
    30 Russian Twists

    As you can see there are no Rx weights. The score for this workout is how far away from 12 minutes you are. Pick the right weight so you don’t go over 12:30 and if you do every 10sec = 1 burpee. Pick to light of weight and for every 10sec under 11:30 is 1 burpee. The only time you get to know what time you’re at is after the 1st round.
