Only 1 class at 10am. Please remind anyone that doesn’t check the site everyday.
We will have a gym BBQ right after the WOD so feel free to bring some food or Drinks. Also feel free to bring friends to the BBQ. The workout will be kind of hard so you might not want to bring someone new to that unless they are going to just watch.

– 100 Pull Ups
– 200 Push Ups
– 300 Air Squats
– 1 Mile Run
You can break up the Pull Ups, Push Ups and Air Squats how ever you’d like.
