    In January we had 78 people do 750 Burpees. In February we had 10 people do 2000 Double Unders. The month of March the goal is 100 minutes in a plank on your hands. Remember you can do this at home too. Let’s see how many people we can get to complete this goal.

    If you haven’t done the Open WOD yet it needs to be done and submitted by 6:00pm today (Monday 3/2). Send me an email or come into a class time and we’ll get you judged.

    Kids class on Thursday will be at 5pm. This will allow the kids class to be over by the time of the Open announcement. Sorry for any inconvenience.
