    6 Rounds Of:
    – 10 Sit Ups
    – 10 Overhead Squats 95/65#
    – 5 Push Ups
    – 6 Toes To Bar
    – 90 Double Unders

    You must finish a round every 3 minutes. On every 3 minutes you start the next round no matter what. If you’re already on the next round continue going.
