    What is Rx’d?
    Full range of motion at the weight or standard written on the whiteboard.

    Why is there an Rx’d standard for each workout?
    Think about that for a second. If your answer is something like “to make people that don’t do Rx’d feel bad about themselves” then you’re dead wrong!

    There are a couple reasons we put a prescribed (Rx’d) standard on the board.

    There are also many reasons why you shouldn’t get wrapped up with having to do the WOD Rx’d.

    Each day this week we are going to talk a little about this topic. This is a great topic for every CrossFit athlete no matter if you’re just starting or the elite CrossFit competitor. In CrossFit there are always going to be WODs that challenge you and force you to modify. What if the WOD was 25 Burpee Backflips for time? How would you modify that? Or would you just not come that day?
