What a great weekend to celebrate our country and the freedom to take a day off work and come hit a brutal hero WOD. Nice work everyone who hit Moose this weekend and special shoutout to Kate who came in during open gym today and blew it up with a record time of 24:47 in the blazing sun. Nice work Kate.
