I want to talk quickly about the warm-up at the beginning of class. We give you 10 minutes to complete the warm-up before we bring the class together. If you show up early and get done with the warm-up before that 10 minutes then work mobility. This is something I feel we don’t get to go over enough. Some of you have shoulder, knee or back pain so take advantage of that time after you warm-up. If you don’t know what to do ask a coach. Please remember if you do start warming up early the class before you is priority.
