We had a blast at the Avalanche game Saturday night!
One of our teen athletes, Brennan Koontz went 6 for 6 yesterday at a USA Weightlifting meet at Pinnacle WLC in the Springs. He PRed both his Snatch and C&J, and qualified for Youth Nationals in June! Please take a moment to congratulate him if you see him at the gym this week!
Ken Gross and Coach Sarah also placed second in their Masters Division at the Tuff Love competition at CrossFit Sanitas in Boulder on Saturday! They absolutely crushed it! Give them a big high five when you see them!
