Monday 30th – Normal (No Kids Class)
Tuesday 31st – Only 7am, 9:30am & 1:30pm (No On Ramp)
Wednesday 1st – 1:30pm, 4:30pm, 6:30pm On Ramp (No kids Class)
Thursday 2nd – Back To Normal (Kids Classes Start Back Up at 6:30pm)
Friday 3rd – Totally normal
Body fat competition starts January 1st. If you purchase a body fat test from XS CrossFit for $25 between January 1st & January 10th you get a free body fat test between March 1st & March 8th. There will be prizes for the highest body fat percentage lost. Last time we did this Deb Etzen won with a 3.5% loss in body fat. Let’s see if anyone can beat that.
