Keep pushing yourself!!! If you modify a workout try to remember the Rx weight and what weight you used. If the Rx weight was 105# and you did 55# then the next time a workout is 105# try to do at least 55# or move up.
Just want to give a shout out to Thomas for pushing so hard to do the workout Rx’d. Nice work!

With a 3min Running clock perform:
– 20 Pull Ups
– 20 Double Unders
– As many Wall Balls with rest of the 3min
Rest 1min and repeat 4 rounds
Score is total wall balls
