    -Today- Don’t forget to watch the CrossFit games live on ESPN3 from 6:30PM – 9:30PM tonight. Here is the link http://games.crossfit.com/live-stream

    -July 21st- Next Saturday July 21st we will be having a potluck party. We will have 2 grills going with a lot of meat so feel free to bring some kind of food or drinks. We will also be watching a few clips from the CrossFit games and the live UFC fights on a 120″ screen!

    Workout will be made up on the spot by Mindy. Bring in a friend for a great Saturday morning workout.
