    -July 21st- Next Saturday July 21st we will be having a potluck party. We will have 2 grills going with a lot of meat so feel free to bring some kind of food or drinks. We will also be watching a few clips from the CrossFit games and the live UFC fights on a 120″ screen!

    -July 28th- Let me know if you are doing the Kiss Me Dirty run. I want to make sure everyone that does it knows each other and can dress up alike.
