    Ground to Overhead Ladder for Max Total Load. 20sec of reps at a bar then a 10sec rest to move to the next bar 10# heavier.
    – Males will start at 115lbs and ending at 275lbs
(modify by starting at a lighter weight)
    – Females will start at 75lbs and ending at 235lbs
(modify by starting at a lighter weight)
    You must do a minimum of 1 lift at a bar to be able to move to the next. It is up to the athlete whether to go for more reps at that station. Score is total load lifted throughout ladder.

    End the class with a 1000m Row for time.
