    We will be doing the “Saturday for a soldier” WOD on Sunday during open gym. This will be a good team workout. The goal is to raise at least $300 to send a combat soldier a gift pack of tactical protein. If you are interested in donating a little bit to help hit the goal please give the money to any coach.
