    The XS CrossFit Winter Challenge is starting on Sunday, November 15th!

    You will be logging daily info on this website to get points. It is totally free for XS members. Everything will be done on this website. Please make an account on this site if you don’t already have one. This is not the same as the “Whiteboard” account.You can set up your account by clicking Register or by scrolling down towards the bottom of the page and clicking register under “Log in.” If you’re not sure if you already have an account feel free to try to log in.     5 Rounds for Time with a Partner:

    – 16 Deadlift (225/155) (partner must be hanging on a pull up bar when DL Bar is off the ground)
    – 32 Wall Balls (20/14 to 10/9) (one person working at a time)
    – 60ft Handstand Walk – 10m at a time, feet must be behind the line on the start, hands must walk over the line at the end of each section)
    (mod #1: 60ft Partner Wheelbarrow – hands of wheelbarrow must start behind the line)
    (mod #2: 60ft Bear Crawl)
