If you are going to the insanity Mud Run meet at the gym at 10am Saturday morning. This means we want to leave around 10am so don’t show up at 10:10 expecting us to be there. I have shirts and socks for everyone ($12 total each person). Please try to wear black shorts so we can all match. Let me know if you have any questions.

– 5 barbell Turkish Get-up (Left arm 45/25#)
– 15 sec Single arm hang (Right arm)
– 5 barbell Turkish Get-up (Right arm 45/25#)
– 30 sec Plank
