by Alex EtzenSam E. started off the day right at 5:30am crushing our leaderboard top time for Annie for the women! Then Kate came in the afternoon and blew it up again! We had a number of guys put up some crazy times and changed up the leaderboard. Great work!
Memorial Day Sign Up! We will be doing the hero wod Murph (on Memorial Day Monday) and we will have only 2 classes at 9am & 10:30am. We will also start a BBQ at the gym at Noon. Below are links to sign up for a class and for the bbq. Feel free to post some smack talk in the comments of the class you’re signing up for.
