    Then 20 reps at 50 to 60% of 3 rep max.

    6min AMRAP Of:
    – 15 DB Front Squat (30/20 each hand)
    – 100m Sprint

    Kids WOD

    21-15-9
    – Thrusters
    – Box Jumps
    Sprint 100m after each rep scheme
