    If you still want to get in the body fat competition/deal you must let me know today (10th). It’s OK if you can’t make it in to get the test done today and need to do it over the weekend but I must have a scheduled time for you by the end of today.  Remember you get a free retest between March 1st – 8th.     17min AMRAP Of:
    – 40 Burpees
    – 30 Power Snatch 75/55# (55+ 55/35#)
    – 30 Burpees
    – 30 Power Snatch 135/75# (55+ 75/55#)
    – 20 Burgess
    – 30 Power Snatch 165/100# (55+ 100/75#)
    – 10 Burgess
    – 30 Power Snatch 210/120 (55+ 120/90#)

    Put a tape line 6″ over max reach on the wall and you must touch it after each burpee.

    If the Snatch weights seem real high the % off your 1RM should be 35%, 55%, 75%, 95%. There is absolutely no reason to do this WOD Rx’d if it means you stand and look at 135# bar for 5 minutes.
