    Meet at the gym for a fun kickball game on Sunday at 1pm.

    Ethan and Lance are competing in a team CrossFit competition at CrossFit Riverwalk in Pueblo on Saturday. If anyone would like to go let me know.

    Ken just got his 4 workouts for the next stage to make it to the CrossFit games. If you see him around wish him luck! They are definitely not easy workouts. Please let me know if you would like to do any of the workouts with him.
