    Behind The Neck Jerk (5 x 5)

    Split Jerk. No more than 55% of 1 rep max. Focus on good center of gravity where front knee does not pass the toes.

    Weightlifting

    Bench Press

    Work up to 85% of one rep max on last set. Try to keep the elbows from flaring out.
