    Snatch + Overhead Squat (5 x 2)

    Work up to a moderately heavy weight that allows you to maintain good technique. No setting the bar down until the heavier sets.

    Weightlifting

    Bench Press (5 x 1)

    Take a few sets of 5s and 3s before taking a shot at finding a one rep max.
