    Weightlifting

    Hang Clean (5 x 5)

    Build up in weight. All cleans are taken from the knee. Pause at the knee before initiating the movement. Focus on making contact with the hips on the way up to make sure the weight doesn’t get in front of you.

    Back Squat (4 x 4)

    All sets at 80%.
